Signature Drink- Metaxa Cafe
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Metaxa 7 Star Brandy
1/2 oz. Tia Maria Liqueur
1/2 oz. Dark crème de cacao
Whipped cream
Cherry
Coffee
TO CREATE:
Place Metaxa in a wine glass; heat it up by placing it on fire.
Add Tia Maria and crème de cacao; top with coffee.
Add whipped cream on top and garnish with a cherry.
Sprinkle a splash of Tia Maria on top of whipped cream.
