Imagine a roasted chicken that’s been brined for 24 hours and dried for a day. Imagine a roasted chicken so good that “it is rumored a local food writer and cookbook author was overheard saying she would never make roasted chicken at home again after tasting our[s],” according to owner Anne Spaeth. This meal is real, and it’s being served at The Lynhall in Minneapolis.
The Lynhall is set in the Lyn/Lake neighborhood of Minneapolis and characterized by modern Bohemian farmhouse décor. “I stressed to [our designer] that I wanted the feel of the restaurant to be one of entering a warm, comfortable home where delicious food can be served around a long, communal table,” says Spaeth.
The farmhouse décor doesn’t hamper the updated A/V technology in the Linney Kitchen Studio, which features the first-of-its-kind Twin Cities TV Studio Kitchen. Up to 45 seated guests can attend corporate trainings, corporate team-building events, marketing presentations, company food shoots, surprise parties or chef presentations in the TV Studio Kitchen. Other spaces can be rented for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for full or partial days.
