At ILEA MSP’s September program at the McNamara Alumni Center, attendees turned their attention to Lady Gaga. No, she wasn’t performing. Rather, marketing expert Jackie Huba dissected Lady Gaga’s method that has made her one of the biggest pop stars of our time— thanks in large part to her faithful following on social media.
