Meghan Kelleher was recently hired as Director of Sales Northeast at Teneo Hospitality Group.
What are you looking forward to the most in your new role as Director of Sales Northeast?
I am looking forward to expanding relationships and becoming more of a strategic partner with my customers and hotel partners.
How do you think past experiences have prepared you for this role?
I believe my years in property-level sales help me with insight into our members' point of view, and that I can offer creative solutions that will be a win-win for all players.
How did you get into the industry?
Just like everything else in our industry...a personal connection. Shortly after I graduated from college, I was referred to Hilton Boston Back Bay by a friend who came over on a work visa from Ireland.
What are you hoping to achieve in your new role?
I hope to show my customers, current and future, just how valuable and rewarding a partnership with Teneo can be.
What do you enjoy the most about the industry?
The relationships. The amazing properties and destinations and the experiences. Sabering a champagne bottle, anyone?
