Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Minneapolis, reminds meeting attendees of Minnesota’s culture and landmarks through its meeting break options. With programs highlighting topics such as the popular St. Anthony Main or Minnesota’s status as the No. 10 craft beer producing state, attendees are whisked out of the office while getting a much-deserved break. Most commonly used during networking events, corporate meetings, social occasions and product presentations, options are priced per person and cater to several interests. The most popular option, Minnehaha Trail, references the iconic Minnehaha Falls and allows attendees to build their own trail mix, while Sweet Considerations serves the ever-popular local Glam Doll Donuts. Sports fans can order The Fan Zone, which features Minnesota as one of the few states that has teams in all four professional sports leagues, serving matching snacks like Bavarian-style soft pretzels with house-made mustards, cracker jacks, peanuts and popcorn. By accentuating Minnesota’s best features, Hotel Ivy gives meeting attendees countless reasons to love Minnesota, too.

Menu items highlighted the era and served with a traditional cocktail—the sidecar
