Nestled just 10 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis, the brand-new Hutton House opened its doors on Nov. 10. The charming structure features a welcoming exterior and modern farmhouse design. “Versatility was key for us,” says Nicole Liewenski, co-owner of the space. The Hutton House was designed to be “a clean, warm and welcoming palette which stands beautifully on its own, or a space that you could customize as much as you would like.”

The space has 12,500 square feet of event space and a capacity of 350 seated or 550 standing. As Minneapolis’ newest venue offering, the Hutton House has several standout features including on-site parking and a year-round outdoor courtyard with outdoor speakers as well as a fire pit and bluestone landscaping. The indoor spaces are perfect for corporate meetings, team-building, weddings and other celebrations, and offer a full bar, coat check attendant service, a full white brick gas fireplace, and a full warming kitchen for outside caterers.

When Minneapolis won the bid to host Super Bowl LII back in May 2014, the city and its people got to work. By the time the Eagles defeated the Patriots on Feb. 4, 2018, in front of a crowd of 67,612, more than 150 Super Bowl-related parties and events took place, 1,055,000 people attended the 10-day fan festival and 1.4 million people visited the Mall of America. The next day, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport waved good-bye to a record-breaking 61,000 visitors, and the people who worked tirelessly to pull off the event breathed a collective sigh of relief.
