The Other Room, a customizable loft in the heart of Minneapolis, offers something a little different.

In the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis you’ll find The Other Room, a contemporary yet warm event space across the street from distinguished restaurants such as Bar La Grassa and Borough, and within walking distance of Target Field. “The walkability is fantastic,” says Erick Patterson, realtor and partner at Downtown Resource Group. “You feel like you’re part of the city.”

The airy loft boasts a full kitchen and bar, poker and pool tables, conference tables, televisions, sound system and mezzanine with a wet bar. Custom artwork adorns the walls. A large glass garage door opens the converted warehouse up to a grilling patio and a view of the street. The Other Room can accommodate 49 people in its 1,800 square feet. “Our space is intended to be as flexible as possible,” says Patterson. There are vendor partners and in-house services such as a car service and an event coordinator available from The Other Room, but guests are free to use whichever vendor they choose.

The Other Room can host everything from wine tastings to corporate events.
