Stem, a speakeasy located in Northeast Minneapolis, has introduced a new menu that will include small lot wines, craft cocktails, artisan beer and appetizers.

“The neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis is known for its beer,” says Ivy Taheri, owner. “We wanted a place where people can socialize and be comfortable in an upbeat atmosphere. We can’t wait to surprise our guests with unique wines from around the world, craft cocktail creations and fun events to suit everyone’s needs.”

Stem’s wine menu includes a range of wines such as small lot wines, wine flights and a daily rotating by the glass menu. Guests can sign up for monthly educational wine tasting events and other events during the week.

Located in the historic Fire Barn building, Stem provides events with an industrialized speakeasy atmosphere for up to 90 guests. For more information about Stem, head to stemminneapolis.com.

Hotel Emery and Fleur de Lis are teaming up for a Brunch, Blooms and Bottomless Bubbly event on Sunday, Oct. 20. The event will include a family-style brunch from Emery's restaurant Giulia and executive chef  Josh Hedquist and a floral design session instructed by Fleur de Lis experts. With a lobby filled with lush greenery, Emery makes for the perfect location for a floral-focused event.

Tucked in Minneapolis’ Harrison neighborhood lies the latest addition to the city’s craft distilling scene. But unlike other distilleries, newcomer Royal Foundry Craft Spirits (RFCS) is focused on more than stills and spirits; the distillery was designed as an event destination.

This October, the Xcel Energy Center and Saint Paul RiverCentre will celebrate a decade since the launch of their unrivaled sustainability program, as well as their recent LEED Platinum Certification.
